Call Center Hours: All other times in case of emergency, trips not closing, and finding nearby stations.
Please call during office hours for the following issues, as they can only be addressed by our in-house Member Support team. You can also email anytime and we will address your issue the following business day:
- Billing issue: Please include your name and last 4 digits of the credit card used to checkout your B-cycle.
- Reporting a B-cycle or B-station issue: Please include your name and, if possible, the B-cycle fleet number (3 digits below the left pedal) or B-station name (at top of B-station).
- Login or Password issue
- Pricing, Renewing, Joining
