Please call during office hours for the following issues, as they can only be addressed by our in-house Member Support team. You can also email anytime and we will address your issue the following business day:

  • Billing issue: Please include your name and last 4 digits of the credit card used to checkout your B-cycle.
  • Reporting a B-cycle or B-station issue: Please include your name and, if possible, the B-cycle fleet number (3 digits below the left pedal) or B-station name (at top of B-station).
  • Login or Password issue
  • Pricing, Renewing, Joining
