Denver B-cycle and Kentwood City Properties Announce Real Estate Tours on B-cycle Bikes

                                                              

DENVER – TUESDAY, March 22, 2011Denver B-cycle and Kentwood City Properties today announced “Kentwood City Properties B-cycle Tours,” a fun, healthy and sustainable way to tour real estate and get to know Denver’s many great neighborhoods. 

 

The tours will be led by Kentwood City Properties brokers who are top neighborhood experts. The tours will include historical and market information on each neighborhood as well as tours of some great properties.

 

“Kentwood City Properties is a strong supporter of Denver B-cycle,” said Dee Chirafisi, Founding Partner of Kentwood City Properties. “As sponsors of the program, we are creating different ways to encourage people to use B-cycle.  We encourage our brokers and staff to commute to work by bike and to show properties using B-cycle. We also encourage Denver residents to use B-cycle in the same ways.”

 

All the Kentwood City Properties B-cycle Tours will happen on Sundays at 2 p.m. Tours will last approximately two hours.  Tour dates and locations:

 

  • April 3 – LoDo and Riverfront Neighborhoods
    Meet at Union Station - B-cycle station
  • May 1 – Curtis Park Neighborhood
    Meet at Coffee at the Points 27th and Welton - B-cycle station
  • May 15 – Park Hill Neighborhood
    Meet at the Cherry Tomato at 23rd and Dexter
  • June 5 – Cherry Creek Neighborhood
    Meet at B-cycle station on Columbine between 2nd and 3rd
  • June 19 – Congress Park Neighborhood
    Meet at the Denver Botanical Gardens - B-cycle station
  • July 24 – Denver Country Club Neighborhood
    Meet at B-cycle station on Columbine between 2nd and 3rd
  • August 12 – Stapleton Neighborhood
    Meet at Founder’s Green in Stapleton
  • September 9 – Highlands Neighborhood
    Meet at Lola's at Boulder and 16th, B-cycle station.
  • October 9 – Platte Park/Washington Park Neighborhood
    Meet at B-cycle Station at Pearl and Florida

 

Additionally, there will be a tour of Commercial Properties on Thursday, May 19, 4 to 6 p.m.  Kentwood City Properties will be touring commercial properties in LoDo, Ballpark, and River North (RiNo) neighborhoods.  Meet at Kentwood City Properties at 17th and Wynkoop.
